In his words: ‘‘I started my fitness journey from 2014, due to my genetics as an ectormorph. I needed to add muscle and look well-shaped in all outfits. But as the journey unfolded, (I discovered that) fitness is more of therapy than just building muscles. I want the world to know and appreciate this work of art called FITNESS, and progress brought me this far, so am a believer of PROGRESS. That's how I created the hashtag #TTP - TRUST THE PROCESS.’’
