In his words: ‘‘Back in 2019, I was aspiring to become a pro footballer and took a first step towards that by travelling to Sokoto for trials with Sokoto United FC. While there, I met a youth corper who introduced me to the gym and I started to work out. I began to enjoy it so much and as my football trials weren't going so great, I abandoned my initial dream, having found a new love. I still play football a lot but look to cut down in the coming months as I seek to focus purely on bodybuilding and put on more mass."
