In his words: ‘‘I hit the gym for the first time around 2011, driven by a childhood ambition to have a solid physique, and inspired by my heroes-Arnold Schwarzenegger as well as John Cena (of WWE fame). I intend to be the pre-eminent athlete in Kebbi State and become a national champion. I am yet to participate at a bodybuilding championship but I hope to make my stage debut soon, and who knows? I could eventually get to the Mr Olympia one day! ’’
