Having joined the Nigeria Police within the last 1 year, this young bodybuilder cop is stationed in the north-western state of Katsina, and the opportunity to serve the nation in uniform is one he has cherished for some time: “The idea of being a ‘Force man’ has always appealed to me from childhood. After obtaining a National Diploma in Mathematics & Statistics from the Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic, Katsina in 2021, I decided to apply to join the Police.” Subsequently, Musa underwent a mandatory training camp between 10 August 2024 and 23 January 2025 at the prestigious Police College in the city of Kaduna, after which he was conferred with his present rank. Currently he is serving under the Katsina State Police Command, and you never know, you might find yourself bumping into this young officer on the streets of Katsina city, or its Karkanda stadium fitness centre – PC Musa is also an avid bodybuilding enthusiast and has already made his competition debut, participating in the Mr Flex Nigeria championship back in 2023 and coming away with a very respectable bronze medal in the heavyweight category! Are we looking at Nigeria’s future (version of) Ronnie Coleman here? The young man is typically modest: “I love the sport and would like to develop a decent competitive career, concurrently with my job, which I love equally. I still have age on my side (being in my early 20s) and I look forward to effecting a continuous, year-on-year development of my physique.” We here shall continue to monitor his progress as well as bring you more features on gallant members of Nigeria’s ‘uniformed’ men!
