I grew up in the ghetto and I got inspired by my seniors in the 'hood; you know growing up in such environments is always tough so you gotta be physically and mentally strong. I decided that I would never appear weak or vulnerable and this was my initial motivation. I also took into consideration the numerous health benefits associated with exercise. It's been a good ride all the way!.’’
