In his words: ‘‘I started working out in November 2019, though I have not been able to maintain a degree of consistency. I was motivated into joining the game by a secondary school classmate who I bumped into one day, after we had graduated. He was wearing a simple vest and yet I could see the transformation in his physique, how chiselled and toned he had become. He encouraged me to start working out, and this, together with my love for WWE and action movie figures, pushed me into the gym. I wish to stay strong, keep fit and healthy, and now I am my own motivation!’’
