In his words: ‘‘My fitness journey started by accident back in 2019; I didn't actually start with a deliberate act but it began when I started working in a company where I was required to lift 50kg calcium bags. During this time I acquired a little strength and muscle tone, but when I left the job a couple of years later I fell out of shape so much so that I began to develop belly fat. Unhappy with this state of affairs, I was jolted into serious action around March of 2023, when I moulded concrete weights and began to work out properly for the first time. I am pleased with my ongoing transformation but I realize that I still have a long way to go to get to the next level.’’
